Karen has an uncanny ability to create trust very quickly in a group, creating a safe space to discuss difficult issues. Her expertise in reading the tone of a group provides the necessary skills to ask compelling questions and draw out the relevant issues. Karen is trained as a Gracious Space Facilitator through the Center for Ethical Leadership in Seattle, WA. She also received her post-Graduate Degree as a Master Facilitator from the Sesame Institute in London, England.

• Variety Show – This experience is like team building on steroids. Karen’s team will write, direct, choreograph and produce a Benefit Variety Show customized for the talents of your employees. Audience members feel like they are watching the studio taping of a 1940’s Ed Sullivan-type TV variety show. This is a great choice if you are trying to unify your workforce, connect with the external community and generate a lot of positive energy in your organization.
• Rhythm Experience – Karen partners with the internationally renowned world percussion ensemble The Drum Brothers. This group can ignite the opening or closing of your event with a powerful shared rhythm experience where all participants play West African drums. This group has mastered the craft and facilitation skills needed to take any group from hesitation to music making in 60 minutes flat. Unique, relevant, moving.
